We’re All Different. So Why Would Our Wellness Journeys Be the Same?

Who would have ever thought young Kelly as a candy striper would end up having a nursing career spanning decades? As a registered nurse, I have seen countless people fighting to be healthier and happier. While my 21 years of experience made me an excellent nurse, I was little prepared for the turmoil I would face having personally experienced profound grief after losing cherished loved ones in 2020 and riding the rollercoaster of perimenopausal hormones. As I clawed my way to healing, there were many "God winks" that revealed to me my calling to help other women understand how their health is a balance of body, mind, and spirit.
